For more than four decades, McHone Industries, Inc. has specialized in the design, manufacturing, fabrication, and finishing of tubular steel products. All under one roof.

The McHone team of more than 100 associates are skilled in the area of tube manufacturing, welding, fabrication, powder coating, and the design, manufacture and maintenance of precision dies and tooling.

Quality.  Cost.  Convenience.

Those are the values that drive our style of manufacturing.

What do manufacturers do? Manufacturing is defined as “the making of goods or wares by manual labor or by machinery, especially on a large scale.” McHone Industries fits that definition. We use machinery to produce goods on a large scale. However, we also do a lot more than that.

Here at McHone, we like to take a more active role in the projects that come through our facilities. It’s not enough to passively receive a product request, turn it out, take the check, and go home. To us, the project isn’t successful unless we know we made it as cost-effective and high-quality as physically possible.

We have a team of talented in-house engineers and years of manufacturing expertise that make it easy for us to push the boundaries of design in manufacturing.

We have multiple case studies in which we’ve taken an existing design and made it more cost-, time-, or energy-efficient (sometimes all three)

See our case study on the Strengthened Embossed Tube for an example. You can check out the full story hereBut, that’s only one example of many.

What else makes us stand out? We’re happy to accommodate your largest and most difficult projects by whatever means necessary.

Whether that means inventing new manufacturing processes, acquiring new machinery, or tweaking a troublesome design, we’re dedicated to making manufacturing as easy for you as possible.

We’re also a full-service manufacturer, which means we offer services from design all the way through packaging and shipping.

How else can McHone Industries make your life easier? We currently have three helpful value propositions:

Inventory Management Programs

Inventory Consignment Programs

Extended Terms

These value propositions were implemented to make it easier for you to focus on what you do best while we handle the production processes.

We're committed to bringing your ideas to life.

Our production teams and engineers will make sure your design is manufactured to the highest possible quality specifications.

If your design doesn’t meet the physical capabilities of modern machinery, we will happily consult with you to make it work.

If you’re in need of a process or capability we don’t offer, contact us and we’ll see what we can do. We’re always looking to add new services to our repertoire.

Our capabilities currently include everything from tube production to robotic welding.

McHone Industries started out in the ’70s with metal tube production and bending. Tubing has always been Our Thing, though we’ve obviously added many new services.

We’re interested in further expanding our capabilities. Bringing in new machinery, processes, and applications for one project is not an unfamiliar concept. We’re committed to getting our projects done in the best, quickest, most cost-efficient way possible.

Included within the broader categories are metal stamping, tube recutting, full OEM capabilities, sheet rolling, and more. If you’re not sure whether we offer a specific service, give us a call or shoot us an email.

We have been doing business with McHone Industries for over five years. The company and all of its employees have been extremely supportive of all initiatives we have undertaken. From concept through design and into production, the McHone team has demonstrated extreme competence and professionalism every step of the way. If you are in need of a company that can provide quality products at competitive pricing with on-time delivery, I would highly recommend McHone Industries.

This Haven recut machine is one of our customization powerhouses. We can take metal tubing and cut it to any size before sending it off for bending, welding, fabrication, or finishing.

There’s no such thing as too much customization. We don’t believe in being too creative.

We’re prepared to meet all of your project requirements – and if it’s not physically possible to produce your design on modern machinery, our engineers will help you find a way to make it work.
