Tube Production – McHone Industries produces electrically welded carbon steel tubing. All of our tubing is manufactured to ASTM-A513 specifications. We can supply tube in long lengths or cut to size using our Haven re-cut machine. Our Haven cutting operation is automated allowing us to offer this service at a very economical price.

Tube Bending + Fabrication – McHone Industries specializes in the bending and fabrication of tubular steel. We can bend and fabricate many types of metals including carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.

Roll Forming – McHone Industries’ roll forming capabilities include many angle shapes and gauges (see roll forming sizes) as well as custom shapes and hole patterns.

Sheet Metal Fabrication – We offer complete sheet metal fabrication services. We have several break presses including a new CNC controlled 200 Ton Trumpf break press. We can bend material up to ½ inch thick. We specialize not only in component fabrication but complete products such as enclosures.

Laser Cutting - McHone Industries has two 4000 watt Trumpf 3530 lasers. The lasers can accommodate up to 60 inch x 120 inch sheets with a maximum of 0.75 inch thick mild steel, 0.500 inch thick aluminum, and 0.625 inch thick stainless steel.

Metal Stamping – McHone Industries has 15 punch presses ranging in tonnage from 20 to 150 tons. We can produce 1 off parts as well as auto fed progressive stampings. Our in house tool makers are capable of building and maintaining all of our stamping, as well as, bend tooling.

Robotic Welding – McHone Industries has six 5 axis robotic welding cells. This allows us to consistently weld to tight tolerances at a economical cost.

Powder Coating – New state of the art powder coating line. It includes a 5-stage iron phosphate wash system. Our spraying equipment is articulating and computer controlled for consistent coverage. The overhead conveyor line is 750 ft. long and can run up to 25 ft./min, depending on the part. This enables us to offer extremely cost effective solutions.
