The McHone team of more than 100 associates are skilled in the area of tube manufacturing, welding, fabrication, powder coating, and the design, manufacture and maintenance of precision dies and tooling.
Our 80,000 square foot facility also offers stamping, wire forms, subassembly, and pack out lines for a broad spectrum of industrial and consumer products. We feature two M-2 Yoder tube mills, seven 5-axis robotic welders, two Trumpf laser cutting machines, various tonnage punch presses, break presses, and a fully automated powder coat line which includes a five stage iron phosphate cleaning system.
